Omer Meir Wellber is a renowned conductor and composer in the world of classical music. He was born on December 28, 1981, in Be'er Sheva, Israel. Wellber grew up in a musical family, with his father being a composer and his mother a pianist. He began playing the piano at the age of five and later learned to play the violin and the trumpet. Wellber's passion for music led him to study at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, where he received his Bachelor's degree in composition and conducting. He continued his studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich, Germany, where he earned his Master's degree in conducting. Wellber's career as a conductor began in 2009 when he was appointed as the principal conductor of the Raanana Symphonette Orchestra in Israel.
