The performance was highly acclaimed, with The Guardian describing it as "a performance of great beauty and refinement." The ensemble has also recorded extensively, with over 20 albums to their name. Their recordings have received critical acclaim and have won numerous awards, including the Gramophone Award for Best Chamber Music Recording in 2002 for their recording of Schubert's String Quintet in C major. In addition to their performances and recordings, the Adderbury Ensemble is also committed to education and outreach.
