Beth Willer is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the music industry. She was born in the United States and grew up in a family that valued music. Her parents were both music enthusiasts, and they encouraged her to pursue her passion for music from a young age. Willer began her musical journey by learning to play the piano when she was just five years old. She quickly developed a love for classical music and started taking lessons from a local music teacher. Willer went on to study music at the University of Michigan, where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance. During her time at the university, she continued to explore her love for choral music and joined the university choir. After completing her undergraduate degree, Willer went on to pursue a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She excelled in her studies and was awarded the prestigious Corbett Award for Excellence in Music Education. Following her graduation, Willer began her professional career as a choral conductor and music educator. She worked with various choirs and music organizations, including the Cincinnati Children's Choir and the Chicago Children's Choir. She also served as the Director of Choral Activities at DePaul University in Chicago. Throughout her career, Willer has conducted numerous performances and has received many accolades for her work. One of her most notable performances was conducting the world premiere of "The Seven Last Words of Christ" by composer Michael John Trotta. The performance was held at Carnegie Hall in New York City and received critical acclaim. Willer has also been recognized for her contributions to music education. She was awarded the Outstanding Music Educator Award by the Illinois Music Educators Association in 2015. She has also served as a guest conductor and clinician at various music festivals and workshops around the world.
