He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned classical pianist and his mother a violinist. From a young age, Kenneth showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Kenneth's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking piano lessons with his father and quickly developed a passion for classical music. By the age of ten, Kenneth had already performed in several concerts and had won several local competitions. In 1997, Kenneth was accepted into the Juilliard School's Pre-College Division, where he studied under the tutelage of renowned pianist Yoheved Kaplinsky. During his time at Juilliard, Kenneth honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of classical music. He also had the opportunity to perform in several concerts and competitions, including the prestigious Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. After graduating from Juilliard, Kenneth continued his studies at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. There, he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist Gary Graffman and received a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance. During his time at Curtis, Kenneth won several awards and competitions, including the Philadelphia Orchestra Concerto Competition and the Curtis Institute of Music Concerto Competition. In 2007, Kenneth was awarded a full scholarship to attend the Yale School of Music, where he received a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance. While at Yale, Kenneth had the opportunity to work with several renowned pianists, including Peter Frankl and Boris Berman. He also performed in several concerts and competitions, including the Yale Gordon Concerto Competition, where he won first prize. After completing his studies at Yale, Kenneth began his professional career as a concert pianist. He quickly gained recognition for his virtuosic performances and his ability to interpret complex classical works. He has performed in several prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and the Royal Albert Hall. Kenneth has also collaborated with several renowned orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the London Symphony Orchestra. He has worked with several renowned conductors, including Alan Gilbert, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, and Sir Simon Rattle. In addition to his performances, Kenneth is also a dedicated teacher. He has taught at several prestigious institutions, including the Juilliard School, the Curtis Institute of Music, and the Yale School of Music. He is known for his ability to inspire and motivate his students, and many of his former students have gone on to successful careers in music. Throughout his career, Kenneth has received several awards and honors.
