Jussi Chydenius is a Finnish composer, born on May 16, 1972, in Helsinki, Finland. He grew up in a musical family, with his father being a composer and his mother a pianist. Chydenius started playing the piano at the age of five and later learned to play the cello and the guitar. He attended the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, where he studied composition under Eero Hämeenniemi and Paavo Heininen. Chydenius's music is characterized by its simplicity and clarity, often drawing inspiration from folk music and nature.
