Born on May 5, 1991, in Zagreb, Croatia, Martina showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. Her parents, both music lovers, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Martina's musical education began at the Music School Blagoje Bersa in Zagreb, where she studied under the guidance of Professor Marija Vukelic. She quickly distinguished herself as a gifted pianist, winning numerous awards and competitions, including the Croatian National Competition for Young Pianists and the International Piano Competition in Pula. In 2009, Martina was accepted into the prestigious Mozarteum University in Salzburg, Austria, where she studied with renowned pianist and pedagogue Karl-Heinz Kämmerling. During her time at the Mozarteum, Martina honed her skills and developed her unique musical voice, drawing inspiration from a wide range of musical styles and traditions. Martina's talent and hard work paid off in 2013 when she won first prize at the International Piano Competition in Rome, Italy. This was a major milestone in her career, as it brought her to the attention of the international classical music community and opened up new opportunities for her to perform and collaborate with other musicians. Since then, Martina has performed in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Vienna Konzerthaus, and the Carnegie Hall in New York.
