The opera was praised for its innovative use of electronic music and its powerful emotional impact. Another of Holewa's notable works is his "Concerto for Orchestra," which was premiered in 1976. The concerto, which is scored for a large orchestra, is known for its complex rhythms and intricate harmonies.
