Juan Perez was born on May 15, 1985, in Madrid, Spain. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned classical guitarist and his mother a pianist. From a young age, Juan showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Juan's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the prestigious Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid. There, he studied under some of the most renowned classical pianists in the country and quickly became known for his technical skill and musicality. At the age of 16, Juan won his first major competition, the National Piano Competition in Spain. This victory propelled him onto the international stage, and he began performing in concerts and competitions around the world. In 2003, Juan was invited to perform at the prestigious International Piano Competition in Moscow, Russia. Over the next few years, Juan performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls in the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Sydney Opera House in Australia. He also collaborated with some of the most renowned conductors of our time, including Daniel Barenboim, Zubin Mehta, and Valery Gergiev. In 2010, Juan released his debut album, which featured works by Chopin, Liszt, and Beethoven. The album was a critical and commercial success, and Juan was praised for his technical skill and emotional depth. In 2012, Juan was awarded the prestigious International Classical Music Award for Best Young Artist. This award recognized his exceptional talent and contributions to the classical music industry. In addition to his performing career, Juan is also a dedicated teacher and mentor. He has taught masterclasses at some of the most renowned music schools in the world, including the Juilliard School in New York and the Royal Academy of Music in London.
