Viktor Rybinsky was born on May 15, 1985, in Moscow, Russia. He was born into a family of musicians, and his parents were both professional pianists. From a young age, Viktor showed a natural talent for music, and he began playing the piano at the age of four. Viktor's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking piano lessons with his mother, and by the age of six, he was already performing in public.
