The Nordic String Quartet is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 2007 in Helsinki, Finland. Tomas Djupsjöbacka, born in 1976, is a Swedish cellist who has performed with many orchestras, including the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra. The Nordic String Quartet has performed in many prestigious venues around the world, including the Wigmore Hall in London, the Konzerthaus in Vienna, and the Carnegie Hall in New York.
