He quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument, and his parents decided to enroll him in the Vienna Conservatory of Music. At the conservatory, Amiel studied under some of the most renowned piano teachers in Austria, and he quickly became one of the top students in his class. As Amiel's skills on the piano continued to develop, he began to explore other areas of classical music. He started to study composition and music theory, and he also began to experiment with other instruments, such as the violin and the cello. Amiel's versatility as a musician quickly became apparent, and he began to attract attention from some of the top music schools in Europe. After completing his studies at the Vienna Conservatory of Music, Amiel was accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City. At Juilliard, Amiel continued to hone his skills as a pianist, and he also began to explore other areas of classical music, such as conducting and music composition. Amiel's talent as a pianist quickly became apparent at Juilliard, and he was soon invited to perform at some of the top concert halls in New York City. His performances were met with critical acclaim, and he quickly became one of the most sought-after pianists in the city. In 1998, Amiel was invited to perform at the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York City.
