The Arrogant Worms is a Canadian musical comedy trio that was formed in 1991. The group consists of Mike McCormick, Chris Patterson, and Trevor Strong. They started out playing at local bars and coffeehouses in Kingston. Their first album, "The Arrogant Worms," was released in 1992. The album featured songs such as "Carrot Juice is Murder" and "The Last Saskatchewan Pirate," which became fan favorites. The Arrogant Worms gained a following in Canada and began touring across the country. They released their second album, "Russell's Shorts," in 1994. The album featured songs such as "Jesus' Brother Bob" and "The Happy Happy Birthday Song." In 1995, The Arrogant Worms released their third album, "C'est Cheese." The album featured songs such as "Mounted Animal Nature Trail" and "The War of 1812."
