Ken Thomson is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the music industry. He was born on December 22, 1976, in New York City, United States. Thomson grew up in a family of musicians, and his father was a jazz pianist. He started playing the clarinet at the age of eight and later switched to the saxophone. Thomson attended the Manhattan School of Music, where he studied classical saxophone with Paul Cohen. He also studied composition with Nils Vigeland and Richard Danielpour. After completing his studies, Thomson began his career as a freelance musician, performing with various orchestras and ensembles.
