Katarina Bradic is a renowned classical music artist who has made a name for herself in the world of music. Born on May 5, 1985, in Belgrade, Serbia, Katarina showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue her passion for music. Katarina's musical journey began at the Music School "Mokranjac" in Belgrade, where she studied piano under the guidance of Professor Ljiljana Vukelja. She continued her studies at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance. During her studies, Katarina participated in numerous competitions and won several awards, including the first prize at the International Piano Competition "Petar Konjovic" in Belgrade. After completing her Bachelor's degree, Katarina continued her studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln in Germany, where she earned a Master's degree in Piano Performance under the guidance of Professor Pierre-Laurent Aimard. During her time in Germany, Katarina participated in several masterclasses and worked with renowned pianists such as András Schiff, Mitsuko Uchida, and Alfred Brendel. Katarina's talent and hard work paid off when she won the first prize at the International Piano Competition "Città di Cantù" in Italy in 2010. This was a significant achievement for Katarina, as the competition is known for its high level of competition and attracts some of the best pianists from around the world. Since then, Katarina has performed in numerous concerts and recitals in Europe, Asia, and the United States. She has collaborated with renowned orchestras such as the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, the Cologne Chamber Orchestra, and the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra. Katarina has also performed at prestigious venues such as the Berlin Philharmonic Hall, the Carnegie Hall in New York, and the Suntory Hall in Tokyo. One of the highlights of Katarina's career was her performance at the International Piano Festival in La Roque d'Anthéron, France, in 2012. She was invited to perform alongside some of the world's best pianists, including Martha Argerich, Lang Lang, and Krystian Zimerman. In addition to her performances, Katarina is also a dedicated teacher and has taught piano at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade and the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln.
