From a young age, Jan showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Jan's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking piano lessons with his father and quickly progressed, winning his first competition at the age of six. After completing his studies at the Prague Conservatory, Jan went on to study at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where he received his master's degree in piano performance.
