Maria Angélica Leutwiler was born on May 5, 1985, in Zurich, Switzerland. She was born into a family of musicians, with her father being a renowned pianist and her mother a violinist. From a young age, Leutwiler was exposed to classical music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Leutwiler's talent was evident from a young age, and she began performing in public at the age of six. She quickly gained recognition for her exceptional musical abilities and was invited to perform at various concerts and events throughout Switzerland. At the age of 12, Leutwiler was accepted into the prestigious Zurich University of the Arts, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Prof. Dr. Hans-Jürg Strub.
