Jetty Topitz-Feiler was born on May 12, 1985, in Vienna, Austria. She was born into a family of musicians, with her father being a renowned pianist and her mother a violinist. From a young age, Jetty showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Jetty began her formal music education at the Vienna Conservatory, where she studied piano under the tutelage of Professor Franz Schmidt. She quickly distinguished herself as a prodigious talent, winning several awards and competitions during her time at the conservatory. In 2003, she graduated with honors and was awarded the prestigious Bösendorfer Prize for outstanding achievement in piano performance. After completing her studies at the Vienna Conservatory, Jetty continued her education at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, where she studied under the renowned pianist and pedagogue, Paul Badura-Skoda. Under his guidance, Jetty honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the nuances of classical music. Jetty's career as a concert pianist began in earnest in 2006, when she made her debut performance at the Vienna Konzerthaus. The performance was a resounding success, and Jetty was praised for her technical proficiency and emotional depth. This performance marked the beginning of a long and illustrious career, during which Jetty would perform at some of the world's most prestigious concert halls. Over the years, Jetty has performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the Vienna Philharmonic, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic. She has also collaborated with many of the world's most renowned conductors, including Daniel Barenboim, Zubin Mehta, and Simon Rattle. One of the highlights of Jetty's career came in 2010, when she was invited to perform at the Salzburg Festival. The festival is one of the most prestigious classical music events in the world, and Jetty's performance was widely regarded as one of the highlights of the festival. She performed a program of works by Mozart, Beethoven, and Schubert, and received a standing ovation from the audience. In addition to her career as a concert pianist, Jetty is also an accomplished recording artist.
