Graciela Alperyn was born on May 12, 1985, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was born into a family of musicians, and her parents were both professional classical musicians. Her father was a cellist, and her mother was a pianist. From a young age, Graciela was exposed to classical music and began to show a natural talent for the piano. Graciela began her formal music education at the age of six when she started taking piano lessons with her mother. She quickly progressed and began to participate in local piano competitions.
