Born on May 12, 1985, in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Verschoor showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. Verschoor continued his musical education at the Rotterdam Conservatory, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and pedagogue Aquiles Delle Vigne.
