Rita Novikaitë is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born on August 22, 1985, in Vilnius, Lithuania, Rita showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue music as a career. Rita's musical journey began at the National M.K. Ciurlionis School of Arts in Vilnius, where she studied piano under the guidance of Professor Rasa Biveinienë. She later continued her studies at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance. Rita then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Piano Performance at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in Belgium, where she studied under the tutelage of Professor Boyan Vodenitcharov. Throughout her career, Rita has participated in numerous international competitions and has won several awards. In 2006, she won first prize at the International Piano Competition "Roma 2006" in Italy. She also won first prize at the International Piano Competition "Citta di Barletta" in Italy in 2007. In 2008, Rita won first prize at the International Piano Competition "Citta di Cantù" in Italy. Her success in these competitions helped to establish her as a rising star in the world of classical music. Rita has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls around the world, including the Carnegie Hall in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Berlin Philharmonic. She has also performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, the Brussels Philharmonic, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. One of the highlights of Rita's career was her performance at the 2010 International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, Poland. The competition is one of the most prestigious piano competitions in the world, and Rita was one of only 84 pianists selected to compete.
