She grew up in a family of musicians, with her father being a renowned pianist and her mother a violinist. From a young age, Tosetti showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Tosetti's parents recognized her potential and enrolled her in the Conservatory of Milan at the age of six. She studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Maria Grazia Bellocchio, who recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Tosetti's early years were marked by numerous awards and accolades. At the age of nine, she won first prize in the National Piano Competition in Italy, and at the age of twelve, she won the International Piano Competition in Paris. In 2003, Tosetti graduated from the Conservatory of Milan with honors and went on to study at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich, Germany. Tosetti's career took off in 2005 when she won first prize at the International Piano Competition in Geneva, Switzerland. This win brought her international recognition and led to numerous invitations to perform at major concert halls around the world.
