The group is made up of four members, Agata Daraskaite (violin), Magdalena Loth-Hill (violin), Elitsa Bogdanova (viola), and George Ross (cello). The founding members of Consone Quartet met while studying at the Royal College of Music in London. The group takes its name from the Italian word "consone," which means "harmony" or "agreement."
