Anne Mette Stæhr is a Danish classical music artist who has made a name for herself as a talented cellist and chamber musician. Born in 1985 in Aarhus, Denmark, Stæhr began playing the cello at the age of six and quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument. She went on to study at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, where she received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in cello performance.
