Timothy Feeney is a renowned percussionist and composer in the world of contemporary classical music. Born in 1978 in Birmingham, Alabama, Feeney grew up in a family of musicians and was exposed to music from a young age. Feeney went on to study music at the University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Music degree in percussion performance. He then went on to pursue a Master of Music degree in percussion performance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
