Jan Krzeszowiec was born on May 15, 1985, in Krakow, Poland. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned pianist and his mother a violinist. From a young age, Jan showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Jan's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Krakow Music Academy at the age of six. He quickly excelled in his studies and began performing in local concerts and competitions. By the age of ten, Jan had won several awards and was recognized as a prodigy in the classical music world. Jan continued his studies at the Academy and later attended the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and professor, Piotr Paleczny. During his time at the university, Jan won several prestigious awards, including the Grand Prix at the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw in 2005. After completing his studies, Jan began performing in concerts and recitals around the world. He quickly gained a reputation as a virtuoso pianist, known for his technical skill and emotional depth. Jan's performances were praised for their sensitivity and musicality, and he became a sought-after performer in the classical music world. One of Jan's most notable performances was at the Carnegie Hall in New York City in 2010. He performed a program of Chopin's works, including the Sonata No. 2 in B-flat minor and the Ballade No. 4 in F minor.
