He was born into a family of musicians, and his father was a well-known composer and conductor in the region. From a young age, Bulat showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of five. Bulat's parents recognized his talent and enrolled him in music school at the age of six. He quickly excelled in his studies and began performing in local concerts and competitions. By the age of ten, Bulat had won several regional competitions and was gaining recognition as a prodigious young talent. In 1996, Bulat's family moved to Moscow to further his musical education. He was accepted into the prestigious Moscow Conservatory, where he studied under some of the most renowned piano teachers in the country. During his time at the conservatory, Bulat continued to win competitions and gain recognition for his exceptional talent. In 2005, Bulat graduated from the Moscow Conservatory with honors and began his professional career as a concert pianist. He quickly gained a reputation as one of the most promising young pianists in Russia and began performing in major concert halls throughout the country. In 2008, Bulat made his international debut at the Chopin Festival in Warsaw, Poland. His performance was met with critical acclaim, and he was invited to perform at several other international festivals and concerts. Over the years, Bulat has performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic. He has also collaborated with many of the world's most renowned conductors, including Valery Gergiev, Daniel Barenboim, and Zubin Mehta.
