From a young age, Eva showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. She later started playing the violin at the age of six and quickly became proficient in both instruments. Eva's parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. She began taking private lessons with renowned violinists in Prague and soon started performing in local concerts. At the age of ten, Eva won her first competition, the Prague Junior Violin Competition, which marked the beginning of her successful career as a classical musician. Eva continued to excel in her studies and was accepted into the Prague Conservatory at the age of fourteen. She studied under the guidance of Professor Jiri Tomasek, a renowned violinist and pedagogue. During her time at the conservatory, Eva participated in numerous competitions and won several awards, including the first prize at the International Violin Competition in Brno in 2002. After graduating from the conservatory, Eva continued her studies at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where she earned her master's degree in violin performance. She also studied abroad, attending masterclasses with world-renowned violinists such as Maxim Vengerov, Itzhak Perlman, and Pinchas Zukerman. Eva's talent and hard work paid off, and she soon began performing in major concert halls around the world. She made her debut at the Carnegie Hall in New York in 2007, performing with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. She also performed with the London Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, among others. Eva's performances were praised by critics and audiences alike, and she quickly became known for her virtuosity and musicality. She was awarded numerous prizes and accolades, including the prestigious Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels in 2010, where she won the second prize. In addition to her solo career, Eva also collaborated with other musicians and ensembles. She performed with the Prague Symphony Orchestra, the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Tokyo String Quartet, among others. She also recorded several albums, including a critically acclaimed recording of Bach's Sonatas and Partitas for Solo Violin. Eva's career was cut short tragically when she was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. Despite her illness, she continued to perform and inspire audiences with her music. She passed away on June 15, 2017, at the age of 32. Eva Seniglova was a gifted musician who left a lasting impact on the classical music world.
