Glenda Simpson was born on May 15, 1985, in New York City. She grew up in a family of musicians, with her mother being a pianist and her father a cellist. From a young age, Glenda showed a natural talent for music and began taking piano lessons at the age of four. As she grew older, Glenda's love for music only intensified. She began studying classical piano more seriously and quickly became known for her exceptional talent. By the time she was a teenager, Glenda was already performing in concerts and competitions, impressing audiences with her technical skill and emotional depth. In 2003, Glenda was accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City, where she continued to hone her craft under the guidance of some of the world's most renowned classical musicians. During her time at Juilliard, Glenda won numerous awards and accolades, including the school's top piano prize and the prestigious Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. After graduating from Juilliard in 2007, Glenda embarked on a successful career as a concert pianist.
