Quartetto David is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 2005 in Italy. The ensemble is composed of four members, namely Alessandro Milani (violin), Paolo Ghidoni (violin), Simonide Braconi (viola), and Marco Decimo (cello). The ensemble has gained recognition for its unique sound and interpretation of classical music. The quartet was formed when the four members were studying at the Conservatory of Music in Verona, Italy. They were brought together by their shared passion for chamber music and their desire to create a unique sound that would set them apart from other ensembles. The quartet was named after the biblical figure David, who was known for his musical talents and his ability to bring people together through music.
