He was a dedicated student and spent long hours practicing and studying music. He was particularly interested in the works of the great composers of the past, such as Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven. After completing his studies at the Paris Conservatory, Rossi began his career as a composer. He quickly gained a reputation as a talented composer and his works were performed by some of the leading orchestras and ensembles in France. His music was characterized by its lyrical melodies, rich harmonies, and intricate rhythms. One of Rossi's early works was his Piano Concerto No. 1, which was composed in 1948. This experimentation led to some of his most innovative works, such as his String Quartet No. 2, which was composed in 1956. He was particularly interested in the music of the Baroque period and began incorporating elements of Baroque music into his compositions. One of his last works was his Sonata for Violin and Piano, which was composed in 1990. The sonata was characterized by its lyrical melodies and its use of Baroque forms and structures.
