He has also performed with many renowned orchestras, such as the Berlin Philharmonic and the New York Philharmonic. Christian Tetzlaff, the violinist of the Goldberg-Trio Bonn, was born in 1966 in Hamburg, Germany. He began playing the violin at the age of six and went on to study at the Musikhochschule Lübeck. Tetzlaff has won many awards throughout his career, including the Midem Classical Award in 2006 and the Diapason d'Or in 2010.
