Born on 12th May 1975 in Paris, France, Mignien showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. His parents, who were both music enthusiasts, encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Mignien's talent was evident from an early age, and he quickly became a prodigy. He began performing in public at the age of eight and won his first competition at the age of ten. His parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Conservatoire de Paris, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and composer, Pierre Sancan. Mignien's hard work and dedication paid off, and he graduated from the Conservatoire de Paris with top honors. He then went on to study at the Juilliard School in New York, where he honed his skills under the tutelage of some of the world's most renowned pianists. Mignien's career as a professional musician began in 1995 when he won the prestigious International Piano Competition in Leeds, England. This win catapulted him to international fame, and he began performing in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Salle Pleyel in Paris. Mignien's performances were always highly anticipated, and he never failed to impress his audiences with his technical prowess and musical sensitivity.
