Grigory Alumyan is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. He was born on December 12, 1985, in Yerevan, Armenia. From a young age, Alumyan showed a keen interest in music, and his parents encouraged him to pursue his passion. Alumyan began his musical education at the age of six when he started playing the piano. However, he soon discovered his love for the cello and began studying the instrument at the age of eight. He quickly excelled in his studies and was accepted into the Tchaikovsky Special Music School in Moscow, Russia, at the age of 12. During his time at the Tchaikovsky Special Music School, Alumyan received extensive training in cello performance and music theory. He also had the opportunity to perform in various concerts and competitions, which helped him gain valuable experience and exposure. After completing his studies at the Tchaikovsky Special Music School, Alumyan continued his education at the Moscow State Conservatory, where he studied under the guidance of renowned cellist Natalia Shakhovskaya. He graduated with honors in 2008 and went on to pursue a career as a professional cellist. Alumyan's talent and dedication to his craft quickly caught the attention of the music world, and he began receiving invitations to perform in various concerts and festivals.
