During his time at Juilliard, Gleb won several awards, including the Juilliard Clarinet Concerto Competition and the Juilliard Chamber Music Competition. Gleb has performed as a soloist with several orchestras, including the Belarusian State Philharmonic Orchestra, the Interlochen Arts Academy Orchestra, and the Juilliard Orchestra.
