One of Richard's most memorable performances was his rendition of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5, also known as the "Emperor Concerto," with the Berlin Philharmonic in 1989. He also performed at the BBC Proms, one of the world's most prestigious classical music festivals, on several occasions.
