Ali McGregor is a renowned Australian soprano, cabaret performer, and director. She was born on 14th May 1976 in Melbourne, Australia. Her parents were both musicians, and she grew up in a musical family. Her father was a jazz musician, and her mother was a classical pianist. Ali started singing at a young age and was trained in classical music. Ali attended the Victorian College of the Arts, where she studied classical voice. After completing her studies, she started performing in various operas and musicals. In 2001, she joined the Opera Australia chorus and performed in several productions, including La Bohème, Carmen, and The Magic Flute. In 2005, Ali made her debut as a soloist with the Victorian Opera in the production of The Cunning Little Vixen.
