After graduating from the academy, Margaret began performing in concerts across Europe and the United States. Her performances were highly acclaimed, and she quickly gained a reputation as one of the most talented pianists of her generation. In 1975, Margaret made her debut at the Royal Albert Hall in London, where she performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5.
