From a young age, Elisabeth showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Elisabeth's parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. She began taking piano lessons with renowned pianist and teacher, Marie-Claire Alain, at the age of six. Under Alain's guidance, Elisabeth developed her skills and technique, and by the age of ten, she had already won several local piano competitions. At the age of twelve, Elisabeth was accepted into the prestigious Conservatoire de Paris, where she studied under the tutelage of renowned pianist and teacher, Pascal Devoyon. During her time at the conservatory, Elisabeth honed her skills and developed her own unique style of playing. In 2003, Elisabeth graduated from the Conservatoire de Paris with top honors and was awarded the Prix de Piano. She then went on to study at the Juilliard School in New York City, where she received a full scholarship. While at Juilliard, Elisabeth studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Emanuel Ax. Elisabeth's talent and hard work paid off, and she quickly gained recognition as one of the most promising young pianists of her generation. In 2005, she won the prestigious Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, becoming the first French pianist to do so. Her performance of Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 3 in the final round of the competition was particularly praised for its technical brilliance and emotional depth. Following her win at the Van Cliburn Competition, Elisabeth embarked on a successful international career as a concert pianist. She has performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, the London Symphony Orchestra, and the Berlin Philharmonic. She has also given recitals at some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Berlin Philharmonie.
