Jasmin Hörner is a renowned classical music artist who has made a name for herself in the world of music. Born on 14th May 1992 in Munich, Germany, Jasmin showed an early interest in music and began playing the cello at the age of six. Her parents, who were both musicians, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Jasmin's early years were spent studying music at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, where she received her Bachelor's degree in cello performance. She then went on to study at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, where she received her Master's degree in cello performance. Throughout her studies, Jasmin was recognized for her exceptional talent and received numerous awards and accolades. In 2012, she won first prize at the International Cello Competition in Liezen, Austria, and in 2013, she was awarded the prestigious Bayerischer Kunstförderpreis for her outstanding achievements in music. Jasmin's career as a professional musician began in 2014 when she was appointed as the principal cellist of the Munich Chamber Orchestra. Since then, she has performed with some of the world's most renowned orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic, and the London Symphony Orchestra. One of the highlights of Jasmin's career was her performance at the 2018 BBC Proms, where she played the cello solo in Elgar's Cello Concerto with the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
