One of the highlights of Tóth's career was her performance at the 2012 BBC Proms, where she played the cello solo in Elgar's Cello Concerto. The performance was widely praised by critics, who hailed Tóth's playing as "mesmerizing" and "spellbinding." Tóth was also awarded the prestigious Borletti-Buitoni Trust Fellowship in 2013, which is awarded to exceptional young musicians who show promise in their field. In addition to her work as a performer, Tóth is also a dedicated teacher.
