Born on December 12, 1963, in Munich, Germany, Nawri showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. He was raised in a family of musicians, and his father was a well-known conductor and composer. Nawri's musical talent was evident from an early age, and he began performing in public at the age of nine. He went on to study at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, where he received his diploma in piano performance. He also studied composition with the renowned composer Wilhelm Killmayer.
