Andrew Jackman was a British composer and arranger who was born on August 26, 1948, in London, England. He grew up in a musical family, with his father being a jazz pianist and his mother a singer. Jackman started playing the piano at a young age and showed a natural talent for music. He attended the Royal Academy of Music in London, where he studied composition and orchestration.
