Aldo Platteau was a Belgian classical music composer born on January 12, 1929, in Brussels, Belgium. He was the son of a music teacher and grew up in a family that was passionate about music. His father, who was a violinist, introduced him to music at a young age, and he began playing the piano when he was just five years old. Platteau's musical talent was evident from an early age, and he began composing music when he was just a teenager. He studied music at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, where he was taught by some of the most renowned composers of the time, including Marcel Poot and Jean Absil. After completing his studies, Platteau began his career as a composer, and his works were soon recognized for their unique style and originality.
