From a young age, Schreckenberger showed a keen interest in music, and his parents encouraged him to pursue his passion. Schreckenberger's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Hoch Conservatory in Frankfurt, where he received formal training in music. He studied under the guidance of renowned pianists such as Karl-Heinz Kämmerling and Paul Badura-Skoda.
