Bill Houghton was a renowned classical music artist who made a significant contribution to the world of music. He was born on June 12, 1945, in New York City, USA. From a young age, Houghton showed a keen interest in music, and his parents encouraged him to pursue his passion. Houghton began his musical journey by learning to play the piano at the age of six. In 1963, Houghton enrolled at the Juilliard School of Music in New York City, where he studied under the tutelage of renowned pianist and composer, Vladimir Horowitz. After completing his studies at Juilliard, Houghton embarked on a successful career as a concert pianist. He performed in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Sydney Opera House.
