In 2007, she won the Juilliard Concerto Competition, which gave her the opportunity to perform as a soloist with the Juilliard Orchestra. She has also won the New York Youth Symphony Concerto Competition and the National Symphony Orchestra Summer Music Institute Concerto Competition. Noëlle has performed in some of the most prestigious venues in the world. She has played at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Kennedy Center, among others. She has also performed with some of the most renowned orchestras in the world, including the New York Philharmonic, the National Symphony Orchestra, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. One of Noëlle's most memorable performances was when she played the cello solo in the New York Philharmonic's performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. The performance was conducted by Alan Gilbert and was part of the orchestra's 200th anniversary celebration.
