She was born on September 23, 1973, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Fliter began playing the piano at the age of five and showed exceptional talent from a young age. She studied at the National Conservatory of Music in Buenos Aires and later at the Freiburg Hochschule für Musik in Germany. Fliter's career took off in 2000 when she won the prestigious Gilmore Artist Award, which is given every four years to a pianist who demonstrates exceptional talent and promise. This award brought Fliter international recognition and led to numerous performances around the world. One of Fliter's most notable performances was at the 2006 Edinburgh International Festival, where she played Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 4 with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra.
