Antonio Taschini was born on May 12, 1985, in Milan, Italy. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned pianist and his mother a violinist. From a young age, Taschini showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Taschini's parents recognized his potential and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking formal piano lessons at the age of six and quickly progressed, winning his first competition at the age of eight. Taschini continued to excel in his studies and was accepted into the prestigious Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan at the age of 14. During his time at the conservatory, Taschini studied under some of the most renowned pianists in Italy, including Maurizio Pollini and Martha Argerich. In 2008, Taschini made his debut as a soloist with the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, performing Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5.
