James Stern is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music. He was born in New York City in 1960 and grew up in a family of musicians. His father was a violinist, and his mother was a pianist. James showed an interest in music from a young age and began playing the violin when he was just four years old. As a child, James studied with some of the most prominent violin teachers in the United States, including Ivan Galamian and Dorothy DeLay.
