Sarunas Jankauskas is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. He was born on August 15, 1985, in Vilnius, Lithuania. From a young age, Jankauskas showed a keen interest in music, and his parents encouraged him to pursue his passion. Jankauskas began his musical journey by learning to play the piano at the age of six. By the time he was a teenager, Jankauskas had already won several national and international piano competitions. During his time at the academy, Jankauskas continued to hone his skills and develop his unique style of playing. After graduating from the academy in 2008, Jankauskas began to perform professionally. Jankauskas has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls in the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Berlin Philharmonic. One of the highlights of Jankauskas's career was his performance at the 2010 International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, Poland. The competition is one of the most prestigious piano competitions in the world, and Jankauskas was one of only 78 pianists selected to compete. He performed brilliantly, impressing the judges and the audience with his technical skill and emotional depth.
